From the time I hit the send button to request an online quote, through the completion of the work, I was extremely impressed. I received a firm quote within a couple of hours. Exchanging an email and two phone calls with Anne had me scheduled. Anne was very easy to work with and very professional Lando and Kimbrey showed at the exact time they indicated they would arrive. All work was completed in a friendly, timely, professional manner and my yard was left spotless. I would not even hesitate to use Spa Removers. They are a first class operation in all aspects. Kimbrey's departing comment was to give my dog Heather a hug. How could they not be good.

I feel like I hardly get to give any good testimonials lately with services I have received. I found SpaRemovers online. I sent off my information for a quote and was pleased with the price and how quickly they responded. Kimrey came to my house, was very pleasant and worked hard to get the job done. I was a bit skeptical on hiring an online contractor to remove our familys spa, but after not getting a response from local junk haulers, I emailed Lando and recieved immediate response and we were able to agree quickly on a removal price and removal date. Lando drove from Orange county and arrived in Stanislaus county at the time he scheduled. Lando along with his helper quickly removed our spa, secured all the electrical and power washed the cement slab. Work was professional and perfect. I had some additional and not spa related debris that was stacked near my shed and asked Lando if he could haul it away, and for a nominal fee Lando cleaned that area also. I may have additional work in the near future and will not hesitate to call Lando again. My dealings with Spa Removers could not have been any more perfect.

I am writing this testimonial to extend a HUGE "Thank You" to Lando. I am a nurse, and I work with families whose babies have special needs. I called Lando on the off chance that he might have a used spa to donate to a family in great need of an outdoor spa to be used for physical therapy. Lando did not hesitate for a second, and immediately said, "Sure, I can do that." He went above and beyond what anyone else would have done to help a family in need.

If every business was managed like this one, there would be a lot more happy Customers. These folks are fantastic. Lando was just a pleasure with which to work. He worked with me to schedule the time that was workable for me. He was on time and done within a few hours. He took the time to explain to me what he had done and where the gas and electrical was capped and left the area clean. On top of all the impeccable customer service, they are more than reasonably priced. I cannot recommend these folks enough. They are WONDERFUL. Thank you Lando!

I got a quote last Saturday from Lando by text right after I sent the size of the spa and then sent a picture to his cell. I'd not submitted the dimensions quite right, so I sent the correct ones, and he immediately lowered his quote. We decided that Tuesday afternoon would be the best time for the appointment. My husband was the one that was at home, and he said the two were so professional and organized. They left the area nice and clean. We are impressed and would highly recommend them!

When I bought my house 9 years ago, a non-working spa took up an entire corner of my little backyard. I waited because I thought it'd be a huge hassle getting rid of it. Finally, I looked into it. I'm glad I did. These guys did a phenomenal job - they were on time (actually early!), got right to work, and had it all removed and the area cleaned up in just over an hour. I highly recommend them - and the price was extremely reasonable, too! Great job.

These guys are awesome. I bought a house recently with an old jacuzzi out back I had no intention of using. They stuck to their price quote and had the work done super fast. They even take the time to clean off your old patio or concrete slab. I was very impressed! I highly recommend and would use again.

We were extremely satisfied with Lando and his team mate. They called ahead to let us know their arrival time, and as soon as they arrived, Lando's coworker got to work immediately. Meanwhile, Lando explained how they were going to dismantle the spa and chatted with us while continuing to work. In only 1.5 hrs it was gone and the cement patio was left spotless. I highly recommend this company (also best of all - absolutely no hidden costs!!)

I just bought a condo and inherited a spa that was probably installed when the condo was built in 1985. It was located in a small atrium area. I contacted Spa Removers and they gave me a really reasonable quote. The whole process was very quick and painless. They were very professional and friendly and had the spa out in about an hour and a half. They even offered to get rid of some of my empty moving boxes that were in the garage area!! What a relief!!

We had about four different contractors stop by to provide an estimate to remove our hot tub from our patio and none of them included water removal and cleanup. Two of them backed out after seeing that the tub was filled to the top with stale muddy water and its location on the second story of our home.
I'm so glad that I kept looking and found this company. Lando did an excellent job with removing our hot tub. He was professional and got the job done without damaging the interior and exterior of our home. Due to our patio being so small and the hot tub was taking up about 90% of the space, it had to be cut up in pieces and carried out through the house to the front door.
Thank you for cleaning up after you were done. That was a pleasant surprise! I was expecting to clean up when I got home but you left our home spotless. My husband and I are very satisfied and will definitely recommend your service to our friends and colleagues!

Spa chop-up and removal from enclosed patio room was completed as promised. Frankly I was surprised how clean the demolish operation was in addition to Lando's team's follow-up cleaning. Electrical knowledge was exceptional, which was a good thing. I was convinced I had disengaged all power from the spa - which I hadn't. Lando's partner, a very organized and thorough guy, caught my mistake before I electrocuted them! Lando and his team was especially sensitive to my requests regarding disrupting the neighbor's peace and quiet and driveway access going out of their way to comply. Due to geographical restraints, as well as traffic, Lando had to push out the appointment, which was no problem, but I was constantly kept up to date. Lando always answers his phone or responds to his voicemail quickly - a trend sadly missing in the service industry these last few years. Add to all of this, Lando's cost was very attractive as compared to their local competition in the Bay Area.
